Ecológica Los Pedroches S.C.A. was founded on April 19, 2000. The cooperative was founded by four enterprising women from the Los Pedroches region. Its headquarters are in Villaralto, province of Córdoba. Its main activity is the production of organic eggs.

Food safety, animal welfare, and quality are the three concepts on which the cooperative focuses its efforts on. Only organic eggs are produced on the farm. Quality of these eggs is endorsed by the Organic Production Certification Body: BUREAU VERITAS
