Asian Cabbage Stir-Fry
Ingredients:
- 200 g cabbage, shredded
- 100 g broccoli florets
- 1 red pepper (100 g), sliced
- 1 carrot (80 g), julienned
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp grated ginger (5 g)
- 2 tbsp tamari (30 ml)
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil (5 ml)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (15 ml)
- Sesame seeds & fresh coriander to serve
- Optional: lime wedges
Method:
- Heat olive oil in a wok or large pan.
- Add garlic and ginger — stir for 30 seconds.
- Add broccoli, carrot, and red pepper. Stir-fry 3-4 mins.
- Add cabbage and tamari. Stir-fry another 2-3 mins until wilted but still vibrant.
- Drizzle with sesame oil.
- Top with sesame seeds, coriander & squeeze of lime.
